Classroom Expections

1. Show respect to yourself, others and property.

2. Accept responsibility for your own actions.

3. Take an active role in the learning process.

Classroom Procedures

1. Be in the classroom, with all necessary materials, when the last bell rings before class starts.

2. Food and drink are NOT allowed at any time. You may chew gum; but it I see it or hear it, it is gone.

3. All SHS Handbook rules and regulations will be enforced.

Classroom Discipline Policy

I will give positive reinforcements (praise, notes and/or calls to students/parents, incentives, etc.) to students on a regular basis when they deserve it. I would much rather give praise than to give out negative consequences. Remember that!

If a discipline problem does occur in the classroom several negative consequences may happen depending on the severity or frequency of the problem. This may be a detention with me, speaking with Ms. Hagel or a meeting with the parents.

Thank you for your support. My goal is to have a positive and productive learning experience.
