• Motion by Patricia Ennis, seconded by Brian Smith to approve the following consent agenda items as presented by Superintendent Stephanie Mulholland.

• Approval of minutes
• Regular Meeting – November 17, 2008
• Special Meeting – December 3, 2008

• Approve Expenditures – December, 2008

• Approve Estimated Payroll – December, 2008

• Accept resignation of Bruce Harmsen as high school custodian effective January 9, 2009.

• Approve Jessica Holloway as high school assistant FBLA advisor for 2008-2009 school year.

• Approve Jessica Holloway as Jr. High volleyball coach for 2008-2009 school year.

G. Approve Louis Holloway and Jr. High assistant volleyball coach for 2008-2009 school year.

H. Approve Sheila Martin as high school volunteer dance coach.

I. Approve second reading of Board Policy Sections 1-8.

2. Tiffany Fritsche and Kristen Wedemeyer presented curriculum information to the Board.

3. After conducting a hearing on the proposed 2008 tax levy, as required by the Truth in Taxation Act, a motion was made by John Hostert, seconded by Brian Smith to adopt the attached levy in the amount of $1,681,766.00.
