Steeleville High School students’ temporary records for the classes of 2009 and 2010 will be destroyed February 15, 2016. All temporary records that correspond to the students who withdrew from high school will also be destroyed. The contents of the records to be destroyed include family background information, intelligence and aptitude test scores, psychological and personality test results, attendance and discipline documents and other information of clear relevance to the education of the student. High school transcripts with the student’s name, dates of attendance, grade point average, classes taken, grads and years completed are retained by the high school and will not be destroyed. To take possession of records before they are destroyed, submit a written request to Steeleville High School, 701 S. Sparta Street, Steeleville, IL  62288 or call the high school office at 965-3432.
